Josie is a great staff member at Curtain Wonderland Jandakot. She was very happy to help with any questions and provided very friendly advice where it matters. Never shows any unhappiness to walk to to stores (multiple times) to check and pick the items ... I will recommend this place to anyone

Have been putting off getting curtains for the house as I have no idea what I am doing. I needn't have worried, Donna the manager and the other staff member provided friendly and professional advice. I found what I wanted and they worked out the best deals so I could get the best price. I spent half what I had budgeted for. I highly recommend Donna and her team.

Had stock of the specific curtains I found in Web search although the colour was a few shades lighter which is what I was seeking. The staff were very friendly & helpful.Only issue was negotiating the earth & roadworks on Armadale road-hopefully these finish in another 12 months.

I bought loads of stuff. They were very annoyed with my presence. Other customers were greeted and given a smile and asked if they needed help and were offered membership I went in there and was ignored. Had to ask unfriendly man and woman at Jandakot for help and they were reluctant to help. K bought stuff worth 400 but received poor service. I had to ask to be a member as if forcing them to assist me. Very bad service given to a certain class of people

Exceptional service and follow up provided by Donna at Curtain Wonderland in Jandakot. I had no idea what I was doing with purchasing curtains. Donna had me sorted in a short amount of time, ensuring I had the best combination of sizes and drops for my new home. I am so excited. There was a great sale and I saved more money. I highly recommend Donna at Curtain Wonderland in Jandakot. I recommend email her your plans with list of what you need and give her time to read through and come up with the best solution for your home (that's what worked best for me). Make a time to go and see her, you won't be disappointed.

Not happy, had a lady come out to give a quote 2 weeks ago. The lady said she would send me a sample of the curtain, I have not received this, or the quote. I have tried to phone her, no reply, so have given up.What's happened to the good old sales people, that use to earn their money, and respected the the public! ... GONE!!1

Such a genuine customer service I've received at Curtain wonderland. I had wrong measurements and change of minds ended up changing curtains few times yet they were so kind letting me changing curtains few times and with money back guaranteed you get refund when u run out of options. I am very happy with what I got at the end and very greatful to the staff members who were genuinely there for customer. Thank you!!

Asked someone to come out for a quote. Said which area we lived (low socioeconomic area) and was told to go to Spotlight or IKEA as they will be cheaper and made to measure would be VERY expensive. Hubby was floored and asked So...no one will come and give me a quote?"Again he was told we would find it cheaper to go to the above.So we went to Zara's curtains. Beautiful curtains
