Reza mended the strings on my Venetian blinds today. He is extremely efficient and provided excellent service. I thoroughly recommend him.

Received 3 quotes from business to supply and install blinds. All were very good but really appreciated Craig's candor and advice about what was best for our house and what we wanted to do, as we were changing all the window treatments in our house. Great communication from the office on installation dates and Craig and Paul installed carefully and quickly. There was a minor issue with the way some blinds rolled (meant to be back rolled) but this was handled well and with limited impact to us. Really nice and friendly to deal with. Not the cheapest but the quality is excellent and we're very pleased with our purchase.

Annie is an absolute joy to work with. We had a new build and needed a number of different sheer and blockout combinations, including a double height sheer. Annie made some great suggestions and we are thrilled with the end result. Highly recommended.

Bought a chandelier fr here only coz i really liked it. Surprisingly it all went smoothly and arrived earlier than expected.3 stars coz if there ever is a business who wldnt go out of their way for customers or even response to queries, this will be IT!! Problem is their customer service is based in the US and are as useless as it can be.N the staffs here, not that much better. I left my number for a manager in the perth store to call me bck n as expected, nothing. I had to call them again over a week later n spoke to a manager. She's supposedly gonna call me bck with more info on my product query but I'm not holding my breath. They are just so uninterested in customer satisfaction as a whole. Shame as they have some nice stuffs in there.

The Ladies at House of Stuart have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to curtains, soft furnishing & other window treatments.I had a more challenging request including a variety of curtains on electric tracks, double blinds and other type of window treatments but Toni Ann and Lorraine listened and delivered everything ontime with perfection.The time we moved to our next house they equally were excellent & very helpful.This business Is highly recommended.. it has been around for a number of decades as they’re experts within the industry.Thank you HOS .

A complete disregard for animal welfare mars an otherwise fantastic store.I've shopped at West Elm many times before and have never had a problem with them until now. Visiting their store recently I noticed that they were keeping a betta fish in wildly inappropriate conditions, tiny bowl, no heating, no filtration. I expressed my concerns to the staff, as in that situation a fish that should live 5 years would be lucky to live 1, they were quite dismissive and assured me the fish was fine because it 'got fed'.Even ignoring that they've consigned one creature to die a slow and painful death, presenting it in such a way in their store is likely to mislead customers about the appropriateness of their products for fish keeping leading to the slow deaths of more helpless creatures.Overall I am extremely disappointed by a brand I thought was ethical.
