Clicking curtain gliders on the tracks.We cannot leave our windows open at night as the slightest breeze coming through the window causes a sharp sound from the curtain gliders clicking on the tracks. The solution from Curtain World was to keep the curtains open!! I would never buy from them again. Crazy that we can't keep our windows open at night time cos of noisy curtains and we are definitely not sensitive sleepers!UPDATE: Curtain World will be replacing our tracks to see if this helps. Curtain World has been an excellent company to work with for the installation of our window dressings for our new home. We had a combination of curtains, sheets, honeycomb blinds and roller blinds installed and our curtain consultant, Elana Deighan was a delight to work with as she gave great advice on the appropriate window dressings amidst the huge choice of window furnishings. The curtain installer, Hamed was very efficient and very polite and did an excellent job installing our window furnishings. Our window dressings are of a high quality. We also really appreciated Curtain World rushing our job as it was the last interior item keeping us from moving into our new home. Highly recommend!

We've had three rooms fitted with curtains from Curtain World. For each room, we've had floor to ceiling blockout curtains with sheers over the top. The rooms are much more comfortable now - cooler in summer and warmer in winter. They have been a great investment.Elena has attended each time for the free measure and quote, she's excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. Paul has fitted the curtains and done an excellent job too. Our lounge room was a particularly big and tricky project, but Elena worked out what was needed quickly, and we're really pleased with the result.

Thank you for your service! Frances was fantastic to deal with when quoting for our shutters. She provided us with as much information as possible and a few suggestions as we had never had shutters previously. Our shutters were installed this morning and were certainly worth the wait. The installer Luke did a fantastic job and also cleaned up any mess made which rarely happens. Hopefully we can look at getting more windows done in the future.

Michelle from curtain world was a pleasure to deal with, brought loads of samples and pointed me in the right direction. It was a long wait due to covid but I was informed of the wait time before I went ahead with ordering the curtains. The installer Paul did a great job, very clean and tidy install.

We have dealt with Donna twice over the years and both times she has provided excellent advice and made ordering a breeze. Wait times for consultations and installation were less than we were quoted by the bigger companies, and cheaper too. Communication throughout the process was friendly and timely. I love that they are a family-run, WA-owned business, with all the curtains made in their own workshop. Quality has always been fantastic, with such beautiful fabrics and fittings, and installation top-notch. Our installer identified an issue with the length of one curtain, which we might not have picked up, and it was fixed promptly.

We are so happy we went with Curtain World to complete our window treatments. They have transformed our home!We were very happy with the price as the curtains and shutters were much better quality with a competitive price compared to other quotes that were not as good quality.Lyn was full of knowledge and provided great suggestions for our home in our initial appointment. So thankful for her suggestions as I initially had other ideas in mind that would not have looked anywhere near as good!The lovely installers James & Robert did a fantastic job.

I have just had my blinds and curtains installed today .I was very pleased with friendly professional service provided by Elena. It was a pleasure to have Eugene to do the fitting. This is the second time I have used CurtainWorld and I will recommend them to all my friends.

They missed our masters bedroom but because they had good service, good price and quality blinds, I give them 5. They've now re measured the area and is on order. Still a happy customer.
